Nothing is in Beta right now
Every feature that was in Beta has been released to all PERRLA users. You don't need Beta Features turned on to use any of them.
Recently released from Beta:
- Narrative citations and the new citation panel. Choose whether a citation reads at the end of your sentence or in your sentence, with PERRLA setting up the panel for you. See Creating Narrative Citations.
- The formatting balloon in PERRLA Online. Highlight text in a paper and a small toolbar appears right above it with bold, italic, underline, heading styles, alignment, lists, and more.
- Create a paper from your references. On your References page, select the references you want and click Create a paper to start a Research Paper, Discussion Post, or Annotated Bibliography with them already added.
When there's a new Beta feature to try, we'll list it here.
