Restart Your PERRLA Subscription After Canceling

You've canceled your PERRLA subscription and realized it was a terrible mistake. You can restart it with just a few clicks.

If your subscription has already expired

  1. Open Settings in PERRLA.
    See How to Access PERRLA Settings if you need help finding it.
  2. Click the green Renew your PERRLA Subscription button. 

You'll be taken to the purchase screen to select your subscription options.

If your subscription hasn't expired yet

When you cancel your subscription, you can still use PERRLA until your current expiration date. You always get the full amount of time you already purchased.

A red bar will appear under Profile in your PERRLA Settings showing your cancellation status and expiration date. The button in that bar will vary depending on how your account was set up.

If your account was set to auto-renew

Click Restore my subscription in the red bar. Your subscription will be restored immediately.

If your account was set to manual renewal

Click Renew your PERRLA Subscription in the red bar. You'll be taken to the purchase screen to select your subscription options.
