New PERRLA subscriptions renew automatically the day before your subscription expires. You'll get an email before an annual or 2-year subscription renews.
Note: If your subscription expires, PERRLA will stop working.
Stopping Automatic Renewal
To stop your subscription from renewing, cancel it. You keep using PERRLA through the rest of the time you've paid for. See How to Cancel Your PERRLA Subscription.
If You're on Manual Renewal
If your subscription is set to renew manually, you'll see an Auto-renew switch in Subscription & billing. Turn it on to switch to automatic renewal.

Open Settings in PERRLA.

- Turn on the Auto-renew switch.
Changing Your Subscription Length or Plan
If your subscription renews automatically, you can change its length, or the plan it renews on, at any time.

Open Settings in PERRLA.

- Click Change my Subscription Settings.
- Choose your plan and your subscription length.
- Click Update Subscription Settings.
Changes take effect at your next renewal. To get more storage right away, see Upgrading to PERRLA Pro or Unlimited.
If your account has expired, you'll only have the option to renew your subscription.
