Some internet browsers hold onto more information than necessary when opening a page multiple times.
In some cases, this can cause a page in PERRLA Online to load a blank screen, making it look like nothing is there. Your information is still there — PERRLA takes multiple backups of your work on a regular, frequent basis.
The easiest solution is to force your browser to reload everything from the PERRLA servers. Here are the shortcuts for each browser:
Windows
Chrome and Edge:
- Ctrl + Reload button
- Ctrl + F5
Firefox:
- Ctrl + Shift + R
- Ctrl + F5
Mac
Chrome and Firefox:
- Command + Shift + R
- Shift + Reload button
Safari:
- Option + Command + R
