There may be times, though, when you're unable to find PERRLA in Word's Add-ins Store. There's a simple explanation and fix for this.
Is your Microsoft Word up to date?
If you are using the desktop version of Microsoft Word and are unable to find the PERRLA for Word Add-in in Word's Add-ins Store, you may be using an older version of Word. Make sure your Microsoft Office is up to date.
Windows: Go to the File tab in Word, click Account, click Update Options next to Office Updates, and choose Update Now. Install any available updates.
Mac: Click the Help menu at the top of the screen and click Check for Updates. Install any available updates.
Once updated, you should be able to find PERRLA in Word's Add-ins Store.
